When you create an account with us, you enter various personal details. Of course, we will deal with this carefully. On this page, we explain what personal information we collect and what we do with it. Do you still have questions after reading? Then send us an email: info@pluvo.co.
You first and last name we ask because you like to use your own name in emails and chat conversations. This also allows us to communicate more efficiently with each other via the chat.
With you organization name we can link participants to your course. It also allows participants to see which training is yours.
You email address we need to confirm your account. We use it to send you notifications, for example when a student has completed an exercise. We also use your email for our newsletter, if you have signed up for this. Of course, you can always unsubscribe. To do this, click on the unsubscribe link in the email, or mail: 'I unsubscribe' to info@pluvo.co.
You payment details we use it to link your purchases to your account. This only applies to payments via iDeal, or if you transfer money yourself. Do you pay with a credit card? Then we will only know if the payment has been successful. We will never see your credit card details ourselves.
We ask you phone number to support you quickly and efficiently.
If you have a profile picture In addition, you are easier for other participants to recognize. It also makes communication more personal when you see faces next to each other's names.
Next, you will probably start working with your 'own' academy to teach/train your users. We store these users for your convenience and use the name, email, profile picture and by you self-added values.
The internal chat in Pluvo, there is for use between participants and trainers, whose data is stored for use in 'your' academy.
Reports about the progress and answers given we keep the lesson modules in our system, which are stored until you cancel the academy or remove the participant.
Each participant has the opportunity to portfolio and development plan to keep track. We keep this information for use in the academy and insight for the user.
When you create an academy in Pluvo, you enter into a processing agreement, which you agree when you create it.
We store personal and training data in a secure database. Well encrypted and unreachable by unauthorised persons. We check our safety measures regularly so that no leaks occur.
We do not share personal information with third parties. Only in the case of fraud do we make an exception. For this, see “Combating fraud”. In some cases, we do share data about your surfing behavior with partners, but this information is only linked to your IP address. Your personal information therefore remains with Pluvo. In case of suspicious behavior, we are obliged to provide personal information to government agencies, such as the police or the judiciary. They use this information to detect and prevent fraud.
After your last visit to pluvo.co or pluvo.nl, we will keep your data for another twelve months. Then they are destroyed. An exception is data whose law requires us to keep longer. Do you want to have your data deleted earlier than twelve months? Please send an email to info@pluvo.co. Please note that once we have deleted your data, you will no longer be able to use the training environment.

Because we want to continuously improve Pluvo, we sometimes carry out customer or market research. We don't always do this ourselves. If you indicate that you want to participate, we will provide your email address to the agency that is conducting the study. Of course, we only work with agencies that have the same strict privacy rules as us. After the investigation, they must remove the email addresses of our users from their system.
When you contact our customer service, you want to be helped as quickly as possible. That's why we take notes and store chat conversations. We also save the chat conversations themselves. This way, we can immediately see what we helped you with last time and we can better respond to your question. For our chat service, we work with Intercom. The personal information that you share via the chat therefore falls under Intercoms. privacy- and cookie policy.
