LeanForms

Lean Forms creates software that allows you to build smart digital forms yourself. This optimises business processes and automates periodic reports. LeanForms uses Pluvo to guide customers in building smart forms. The starting point is that, after a training, the customer can set up the forms and reports themselves as they see fit, appropriate to the needs of the organisation.

Why e-learning?

Within LeanForms, Karen Haring was responsible for setting up the first e-learning for customers. She explains: “In Pluvo, the student gets an explanation of the software and this knowledge is tested via quiz questions. After that, the student gets to work with LeanForms himself. All of this nicely divided into small modules, monitoring the progress of the whole thing in Pluvo. In this way, a suitable training program can also be easily put together for each customer with basic modules and specific 'Specials' based on the customer's needs”.

Why was Pluvo chosen as the e-learning platform?

“LeanForms is a Dutch ICT company where we think along with the customer and look for pragmatic solutions,” says Karen. “For our e-learning, we were looking for a similar organisation for long-term cooperation. The click with Pluvo was right at the first meeting and they did not disappoint us during the implementation process”.

“They are flexible and use the customer's wishes to compile a new version of the software. They even have a nice platform for this purpose where customers can vote for the submitted wishes of other customers”.

LeanForms engaged Pluvo's services so that a complete online academy could be set up in cooperation. The e-learnings were styled by a designer and the technical development was taken care of by one of the e-learning experts.

How were the services experienced?

“We are on the verge of rolling out our new e-learning platform,” says Karen. “The collaboration in the creation was casual and thoughtful. We are working towards a good end result without weighing the necessary hours. The design in our own corporate identity has also been successful. We look forward to further cooperation in the future”.
